Absolutely! If you have a specific design or dietary requirement in mind, you can use our Enquiry System. Go to a baker's profile, click "Request Quote," and upload inspiration images with your requirements. The baker will then send you a personalized quote.
You can track all your active orders in your Buyer Dashboard. For every order, there is a dedicated chat section where you can message the baker directly to coordinate delivery or ask questions.
By clicking "Follow" on a baker's profile, you add them to your favorites. You can access all your followed bakers quickly from your "Preferences" page, ensuring you never lose track of that amazing baker who made your last birthday cake.
Bakers decide their own accepted payment methods, typically including EFT and Cash on Delivery (COD). After placing an order, the baker will provide their payment details through the secure order messaging system. Integrated online payments are coming in a future update.
Sign up as a Baker, complete your profile, and start adding your products. You can upload multiple high-quality photos for each product to showcase your skills. Once your profile is ready, you'll receive a unique shop URL to share on social media.
Your Baker Dashboard is your command center. You'll receive real-time notifications for new orders and custom enquiries. You can accept orders, send quotes for custom requests, and update the status of every bake as it progresses.
Respond promptly to enquiries and deliver high-quality products to earn 5-star reviews. You can also share your custom bakery page name (like marys-cakes) with your existing customers to encourage them to follow you on the platform for easier re-ordering.
Yes! Through your dashboard, you can set up promotions for specific products. These items will be highlighted with a discount badge and featured more prominently in search results to help you drive more sales during holiday seasons or special events.
We take security seriously. All user data is encrypted, and we use modern authentication protocols to protect your account. Communication between buyers and bakers is handled through our secure internal messaging system.
